These terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases made on seasidetreasurehawaii.com, and is applicable in all cases where no particular exceptions have been made between the buyer and seasidetreasurehawaii.com

Goods are considered delivered once the tracking number says the package has been delivered by the shipping provider.
We process orders daily and guarantee shipping within 2-4 business days.
Usually 1-5 business days for domestic orders. International delivery times may vary and depend on the receiving location’s delivery service. seasidetreasurehawaii.com uses USPS, FedEx, and UPS for shipping and follows their opening hours. Some products are custom made to order and the shipping may vary per product. Please read the product description for estimated shipping and delivery times.
seasidetreasurehawaii.com offers free delivery within Hawaii.
Additional costs apply for international deliveries. Please refer to the shipping calculator at check-out for the exact rates. If your country is not listed, please contact us at [email protected] for shipping inquiries and we can arrange for shipping via e-mail.
At seasidetreasurehawaii.com you can pay by credit card or through your PayPal account.

10% Newsletter Discount
By signing up to our newsletter in the pop-up at entry of our site or in the website footer, you will receive a 10% discount voucher by email. Please check your spam & promotions folder for the email, sometimes it’s sent there.
The voucher is valid for one month from issuing date and is valid on all full price items throughout our store.
The 10% Newsletter Discount does not apply to already discounted items and and gift cards.
Returns & Exchange
We practice a 30-day unlimited return policy, starting from the day your goods arrive in the mail. However, if the product you purchase is custom made to order or a custom made piece we do not offer returns or exchanges.
We do not offer exchange of goods, but you can return your goods and choose to make a new order for the e.g. size you might want to change it to, if the item is still in stock.
If you would like to return a purchase, please notify us by email [email protected] and we will send a return form to be completed and shipped with your returns.
Returned goods must be returned together with a return form within 14 days from when the parcel is delivered to the customer.
The returned items must be returned in the same conditions as when delivered. Tags and any packaging must be intact.
Returned goods must be packaged well, in the same form of wrapping/packaging as when received. If the goods were delivered in a box to protect the merchandise it must also be returned in a box. Products with visible signs of wear or in poor packaging will not be accepted. Seaside Treasure Hawaii cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost during shipping returns, we recommend using a shipping alternative that offers tracking. Return postage must be covered by the customer.
If you are returning goods due to faulty or incorrect items, Seaside Treasure Hawaii will cover shipping within Hawaii. Contact us and we will send a return voucher.
