What are the delivery charges?

If you live in the USA shipping is free with purchases over $100 USD. For international orders, shipping rates may vary depending on where you live. Please use the shipping calculator at checkout to see how much your package is to ship.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and Paypal.

How long will delivery take?

We ship within 24-48 hours Monday – Friday. If you live in Hawaii, the package should arrive within 1-2 business days. Residents in the USA usually receive their package within 2-5 business days. International orders can take up to 1-2 weeks. Express shipping is available to insure the package arrives within 3 business days. Please email us if you have any additional delivery questions.

Is my package insured and do I get a tracking number?

All purchases over $100 come with $100 insurance. Purchases under $100 are not insured. All purchases include a tracking number.

How secure is shopping at Is my data protected?

Your transaction is secure. We protect our shop with SSL encryption and payment is covered under the Stripe and Paypal protection policy.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Guest purchase: You will receive an automatic email confirmation with your order info.
Member purchase: Your will receive an automatic email and your account will be updated with your order info.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice via email.
